How the Process Works:
Reserve: Purchase your design slot to join our exclusive production queue. This deposit is non refundable.  I pays for the the consult, mockups and quotes, pattern adjustment, all which take a lot of time, 
Consult: I will reach out in an email within 24 hours to begin your personalized design consultation.  It will begin with a questionnaire on what you're looking for, and some likes or dislikes.  After that has been reviewed, you'll get a link to set up a video conference chat to go over the details. One or more 2d mockups will be created for your review
Approve: Review and select a final proof from your bespoke digital mockups and make material selections.
Craft: Once approved, your bag enters our workshop cue for meticulous hand-crafting.  Keep in mind due to the unique nature of your project, current demand for services, procuring materials and creation can take up to 4-6 weeks.
